Berkshire Business Books offers all BerkshireLites the ability to check on your past and pending orders at www.berkshire.sg.
Simply log in with your Codename and Password and click on "Order History" at the top left of any page. This will take you to a list of past orders. Click on the order number which you wish to view. |

At Berkshire Business Books, we believe that all BerkshireLites should not have to worry about payment security issues when shopping at www.berkshire.sg. To ensure that our site is sufficiently secured for e-commerce transactions, we have engaged the services of WorldPay as our payment gateway.
In addition, we employ 128 bits encryption on all transaction data communicated between our server and the bank's. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.

| We currently accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa (Classic and Electron) and Visa Delta. You can also pay by Cheque or Cash. |

We current offer delivery services for addresses within Singapore. This is at a cost of $6.80 per order, if the total amount is less than $75. Delivery is free otherwise.
Delivery time will generally take between 3 - 5 working days for in-stock titles.
Alternatively, you may choose to collect your items personally from any of our Berkshire Affiliates or from the Berkshire Academy, located at 23 Woodlands Terrace Level 3.
Please note that you can only collect your items once you have been notified by us via email.

Sometimes items in you order may fall out of stock. When this happens, you have 2 options:
1. You can choose to wait for the stock to arrive. Upon arrival, we will send your purchases to your shipping address or request your presence for self-collection, OR
2. You can choose to cancel your order and use the money that you have paid to acquire other books. |

Your Shopping Cart is a page that functions as the shopping basket for the items you want to buy, displaying all the items you've added to it. You can access your Cart by clicking the shopping cart link found in the upper left corner of most pages on our site.
You must log in as a member first. |

| Items will remain in your Shopping Cart for up to 1 month. |
|
| Click the "Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart Page and you'll enter our Checkout process. You may be asked to sign in, if you haven’t already done so. |

| Simply click on the "Remove" link next to the item you wish to remove. |
|
| The subtotal in your Shopping Cart only reflects the total price of all your items with tax. It does not include shipping and wrapping fees, if applicable. |

Click on the "Sign up now" link found on the top left corner of every page. Then simply fill in the form and submit it to us. Your account will be created immediately.
Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation email with a link in it. Please click on this link to activate your account.
You can now enjoy BerkshireLite benefits and start shopping at www.berkshire.sg. |

Once logged in, click on "Account Details" on the top left corner of every page. Then click "I would like to update my membership particulars".
You will then be presented with your account information. Update any details you wish, then click submit at the bottom.
Your updated details will be saved on our server. |

Unfortunately, books purchased and paid for cannot be refunded, unless the book is already Out-of-Print. If the book that you have bought is not what you expected, you can return the book to us within 7 days from the delivery date and use the money paid to acquire other titles. Naturally, books returned to Berkshire Business Books must be in mint condition. All costs associated with sending the books back to us shall not be borned by Berkshire Business Books.
To cancel an order, simply email us at admin@berkshire.sg or call us at +65 6297 8759. You may want to have you order number in hand.
If any book that you have purchased is defective (e.g. missing pages), Berkshire Business Books will replace that book at no cost to you (How can we expect you to accept books that aren’t in the condition that they are supposed to be?!).
Similarly, if a wrong title is delivered to you, Berkshire Business Books shall replace it with the correct title, again, at no cost to you (Ouch! That’s embarrassing!).

At Berkshire Business Books, we pride ourselves in our ability to respond to all enquiries at our soonest possible. The benchmark is set at 1 business day from the date of your e-mail request.
If you do not receive a response from us within 1 business day, there is a high possibility that our e-mail reply is construed as spam by your Inbox.
We suggest the following actions:
1. Change your Inbox settings to allow e-mails from Berkshire Business Books.
2. Call us at 6297 8759 if you do not receive our response within 1 business day. |

You can search for a book using our Search toolbox that can be found on the left column of every page in our website.
With this Search toolbox, you can search for your book/s using any of the following as your search criteria:
1. Title
2. Author
3. Publisher
4. ISBN

Sometimes, after performing a search, you may still be unable to find your desired reading material. This does not mean that we do not have the book in the Berkshire Library.
In this scenario, we suggest that you search for the book using keyword/s that is/are part of the title. For example:
You would like to find the following book:
"Deals of the Century: Wall Street, Mergers, and the Making of Modern America"
If you do not know the complete title, search by keywords in the title such as "Century", "Wall Street", or "Modern America".
Searching by keywords will ensure that you find your desired books listed in the Berkshire Library.
If this fails, the book that you are looking for is probably not listed in the Berkshire Library yet. Submit a request for this book and we will respond to your request within 1 business day. |

1. Select the book/s that you want to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.
2. In your Shopping Cart page, click on "USE E-VOUCHER" when you have finished selecting the books that you want to purchase.
3. In your Using E-Voucher page, indicate the number of e-voucher/s that you are using and click on "CONTINUE".
4. Enter your E-Voucher ID and Key in the respective fields and click on "CONTINUE".
N.B: Unique E-Voucher IDs and Keys will be sent to the recipient and buyer of the e-vouchers via email upon successful purchase.
5. Subsequently, you will be brought to the Checkout: Payment page where you will continue with the normal checkout process.
